Shipping Policy

MascotSmall ships mascot costumes worldwide. All orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Production Time:
Most mascot costumes are made to order.
Production time is typically 7–15 business days, depending on the product type and customization requirements.

Shipping Time:
Standard shipping usually takes 20–31 business days after production is completed. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local customs processing.

Express Mail Service: USPS/ EMS (10-19 days)

Expedited Shipping: FedEx/ UPS/ DHL (5-9 days)

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country or region.

For orders shipped to the United States, Australia, and Canada, we will fully cover any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

For all other countries and regions, such fees will be shared equally (50/50) between the buyer and us.
After the buyer has received the shipment, the buyer should inform us of the actual amount paid for customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We will reimburse 50% of the paid amount within 3 days after confirmation.

Please note that customs policies vary by country, and delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
