Custom & Made-to-Order Products:
Most mascot costumes are made to order, including custom mascot costumes and size-specific products. Due to the personalized nature of these products, custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival.

Non-Custom Products:
For non-custom products, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund when applicable.

Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect.
